Refund policy


Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You are eligible for full refund or replacement only for the rings have manufacturing faults: solder, cracks, etc. If there are no manufacturing faults, but you still would like to return it, then we will withhold 30% as restocking/labour fee due to each item being made per order according to material, size and colour combination.

• Return via Local Post services. Private courtiers like UPS, Fedex or DHL won't be accepted. Domestic shipments within Canada will be accepted if sent with private couriers like UPS, Fedex, etc.
• Customer is responsible for shipping cost. 
• To return your product, send us an email at alexistreasury@gmail.com for return address and instructions. 
• If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a refund/replacement
Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at alexistreasury@gmail.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, send us an email at alexistreasury@gmail.com. 

Sizing Fees
Sizing fee varies depending on size difference, and material used. You can have your ring sized at any time.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping via Local Post services.
• Sizing fee for up to 1/2 size difference is 35$ CAD + shipping back to you.
• If the size difference is too big for sizing, and we will have to make a new ring, additional labour fees will be applied. Each case is unique, so labour fees vary. However, we always try to size it first to save your money.
• If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

To avoid unnecessary sizing cost, it is import for customers to do their homework. You can go to your local jewelry shop to get measured. I recommend go to multiple stores for several reasons:
• Sales persons can simply make a mistake in reading mandrel.
• At different times of the day, our fingers tend to swell/shrink, you need to find the "golden middle"
